Five New Oleanane Triterpenoid Saponins from the Aerial Parts of Elsholtzia bodinieri

Five new oleanane triterpenoid saponins, bodiniosides H – L ( 1  –  5 , resp.), were isolated from the aerial parts of Elsholtzia bodinieri. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic techniques, including HSQC, HMBC, and HSQC‐TOCSY experiments, together with acid hydrolysis and GC analysis.

Ursane-type triterpenoid saponins from Elsholtzia bodinieri

Investigation of the n-BuOH extract of the aerial parts of Elsholtzia bodinieri led to the isolation of two new ursane-type triterpenoid saponins, bodiniosides O (1) and P (2), along with five known saponins, rotungenoside (3), 3,28-O-bis-β-d-glucopyranosides of 19α-hydroxyarjunolic acid (4), oblonganosides I (5), rotungenic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside (6), and bodinioside M (7) isolated from the species. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by spectroscopic data as well as acid hydrolysis and GC analysis as 3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-23-acetoxy-urs-12(13)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-d-glucopyranoside and 3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-23-hydroxy-urs-12(13)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited potent anti-HCV activities in vitro with a selective index of 30.63 and 9.08, respectively.     

香薷化学成分的研究

从香薷全草的乙醇提取物中分离出5个化合物,经对理化性质和波谱数据分析,鉴定其结构分别为:咖啡酸(1),阿魏酸正十八酯(2),β-胡萝卜苷(3),熊竹素(4)和儿茶素(5),其中化合物(2)和(5)为首次从该属植物中分离得到.     

红河州不同地区野山茶中微量元素的对比研究

研究了火焰原子吸收法连续测定野山茶中微量元素的工作条件,并以相同方法制备了红河州蒙自、石屏、弥勒等4个县市的野山茶实验样品,分别测定了此4个县市的野山茶样品中Pb, Cr, Cd, Cu等九种微量元素的含量,实验方法的相对标准偏差在0.07%～1.67%之间, 回收率在98.7%～116.4%之间。结果表明,对人体有害的元素Pb,Cd,Hg含量最高的是建水县野山茶样品,分别为53.47和6.03,7.68 μg·g-1。有益元素Mn在测定的元素中含量最高,平均含量高达913.48 μg·g-1;Fe作为半微量元素,其平均含量低于锰,为688.46 μg ·g-1;Zn的平均含量为116.64 μg·g-1。从实验样品中未能检测出Se。从实验结果得出,在红河州的野山茶中含有人体内必须的微量元素Mn,Fe,Zn等,野山茶具有一定的开发价值。

A new phenylethanoid glycoside,seulponisidc(1) was isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon sculponeatus(Vaniot) Kudo, along with six known compounds martynoside(2),verbascoside(3),(+)-hydroxypinoresinol-8-O- β-D-glucoside(4),cedrusin(5), 7-megastigmene-3S,5R,6R,7E,9S-tetrol(6) and 4-oxo- β-ionol- β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Their chemical structures were elucidated from physieochemical data and by acidic hydrolysis.
